Henrietta has several years experience studying at postgraduate researcher level in the field of Evolutionary Molecular Plant Pathology, with experience gained at both Imperial College London and the John Innes Centre. Henrietta founded Crop Genetics Regulatory Consulting Limited in 2025, after noticing a need for regulatory writers with crop genetics experience in England, UK, following the passing of the Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Act 2023, and Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Regulations 2025.
